Working Principle

The Low Moisture Slurry Membrane Filter Press operates in two key stages:

1. Filtration: Slurry is pumped into chambers between filter plates. Solid particles are trapped by the filter cloth, while liquid passes through as filtrate.

2. Membrane Squeezing: After filtration, the flexible membranes inside the plates are inflated with air or water pressure. This additional squeezing force compresses the filter cake further, effectively reducing its moisture content and achieving a much drier output.
